Banana Smoothie
A regular favourite with kids, this banana smoothie recipe will bring cultured dairy into your child's diet with ease. Add a spoon of peanut butter for an even more familiar flavor.
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup yogurt, kefir, or buttermilk

1 banana

1 tsp. vanilla

1 Tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup, or a small amount of stevia
INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
